Shift Timings:- 1:30 PM -10:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HR Trainee Operations to support

our Human Resources team. This is a paid full-time training opportunity ideal for:

Fresh graduates

Students currently pursuing graduation (with flexibility to work full-time)

Individuals looking to switch careers into the HR domain

Based on performance and organisational requirements, this role may be converted

into a permanent full-time position upon successful completion of training.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and exit formalities

Help manage attendance, leaves, and other time-tracking tools

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and payroll inputs

Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and compliance-related paperwork

Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

Respond to basic HR queries from employees under guidance

Freshers with a keen interest in HR

Students pursuing graduation (able to work full-time)

Professionals from other domains looking to move into HR

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

High attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team
