Job Opportunity:

A dynamic and results-driven individual is sought to join our organization as a part-time intern. As an HR intern, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, utilizing HRIS systems, and collaborating with team members on various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate information, create reports, and analyze data.
  • Navigate and utilize HRIS systems for employee records management.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
