">- Key Responsibilities include overseeing regional chains and key modern trade accounts, developing joint business plans with partners, and managing TOT renewals.
- Drive secondary sales through merchandising activations and trade marketing initiatives, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights for market share growth.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock availability, lead a team of ASEs/ASMs and modern trade merchandisers in the region.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade / KEY ACCOUNT sales required.
- Strong understanding of respective Zone market dynamics and key regional retail chains necessary.
- Experience in managing TOTs, joint business plans, and in-store execution required.
- Strong negotiation communication analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally needed.
