Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Uber, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our riders and driver-partners receive top-notch support through various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle social media ticketing, communicate with high-profile riders and influencers, and represent Uber's support spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage escalations from internal teams and provide language support to SL BD supports
  • Handle safety-related escalations on social media with empathy and presence of mind
  • Provide customer support through emails and phone calls for all audiences
  • Identify patterns and improve support systems to enhance customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends and developments
  • Expertise in Google Drive, especially Google Spreadsheet and Google Docs
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor under high-pressure situations
