Job Title:

Tech Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-sales support to customers worldwide, troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
  • Aid with product applications and use cases, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Detect and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating unresolved cases as needed.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the team to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of networks, including CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, including troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of product software and hardware, including scripting and programming skills.
  • Advanced understanding of networks, firewalls, protocols, and virtualization/cloud concepts.
  • Good grasp of technology infrastructure, security concepts, and platforms.
