Required Skills and Qualifications- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
