Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with large data sets and using intermediate Excel functions.
  • Strong communication skills, providing support in a clear, professional manner.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and openness to training in accessibility standards and related tools.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed technical environment with urgency and frequent task-switching.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and follow-up skills.
