Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical writer or similar role in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
