Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Lotus Interworks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Meta ads campaigns and lead generation strategies for small and medium-sized businesses in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, execute, and manage high-performing Meta ads campaigns that drive lead generation success.
  • Develop and implement tailored lead generation strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, budget allocation, and copy to enhance campaign results.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns remain within allocated spend and meet lead generation targets.
  • Report on key KPIs, including impressions, leads, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored campaign strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads campaigns in an agency setting.
  • Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses in the USA market.
  • Demonstrated success with a proven track record of optimizing and driving high-performing campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
