Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:As a Lead Generation, you will play a key role in supporting our businessdevelopment team by identifying and engaging with potential clients throughvarious lead generation strategies. You’ll be tasked with creating outreachstrategies, managing lead lists, and contributing to lead gen campaigns aimedat growing our client base. This is a full time permanent onsite role in Panjim,Goa.
Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads in target industries digital tools. Assist in creating and executing targeted email campaigns and outreachstrategies to generate qualified leads. Maintain and update lead generation databases Support the development of sales materials, including presentations andcase studies. Track and analyse lead generation results, adjusting strategies as neededto improve performance. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts andensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential partners, andemerging opportunities. Assist in the development of lead nurturing strategies to engageprospects over time.Requirements: Must have 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation within the ITconsulting or technology sector.
Strong interest in IT consulting services, technology, and businessdevelopment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with email marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
