As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Using research, data analysis, and CRM tools, you’ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies, convert prospects, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Identification: Research, identify, and generate high-quality leads aligned with our target audience and business objectives.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email, social media, and phone outreach campaigns to engage prospects effectively.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new lead opportunities.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Continuous Optimization: Test and optimize lead generation strategies and tools to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools like Apollo.io, Hunter, or ZoomInfo.
