Role Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to focus on identifying, engaging, and setting up meetings with decision-makers such as founders, co-founders, CTOs, and marketing leads who are exploring software outsourcing opportunities. This role combines expertise in online outreach, networking at events, and building strong client relationships. Candidates must have professional-level English proficiency to craft engaging communication and represent the company effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Research companies and decision-makers with outsourcing needs.
  • Craft personalized and professional communication to initiate and build relationships.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges and goals.

Networking and Relationship Building

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential clients.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospects during in-person and virtual interactions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through consistent and meaningful engagement.

Meeting Setup and Reporting

  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare materials like case studies and presentations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics to improve strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional-level English proficiency for crafting clear and compelling communication.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage at events and conferences.
  • Proven experience or interest in lead generation or business development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking and lead generation tool.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
