Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to focus on identifying, engaging, and setting up meetings with decision-makers such as founders, co-founders, CTOs, and marketing leads who are exploring software outsourcing opportunities. This role combines expertise in online outreach, networking at events, and building strong client relationships. Candidates must have professional-level English proficiency to craft engaging communication and represent the company effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Research companies and decision-makers with outsourcing needs.
- Craft personalized and professional communication to initiate and build relationships.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges and goals.
Networking and Relationship Building
- Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential clients.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects during in-person and virtual interactions.
- Maintain long-term relationships through consistent and meaningful engagement.
Meeting Setup and Reporting
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or meetings with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare materials like case studies and presentations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics to improve strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Professional-level English proficiency for crafting clear and compelling communication.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage at events and conferences.
- Proven experience or interest in lead generation or business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking and lead generation tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
