Senior Manager of Sales Growth

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion in the IT industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnering and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
