Job Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System & User Support
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365), maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues, applying analytical skills to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Networking & Infrastructure
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches, ensuring secure and reliable network connectivity.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity, implementing measures to prevent data breaches and cyber threats.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions, facilitating secure and efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Server & Application Support
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam, guaranteeing business continuity in case of system failures or data loss.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Cloud & Security
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online), overseeing the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based services.
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards), ensuring secure and efficient use of cloud resources.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment, streamlining development processes and improving product quality.
  • Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing risk exposure.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers, providing accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist with internal and external IT audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
