Product Manager Role

About the Position:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to enhance customer and partner experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of onboarding processes for service professionals, including end-to-end supply chain management from sourcing to selection and training of partners.
  • Promoting initiatives aimed at improving customer and partner satisfaction through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration with marketing, technology, and product teams to deliver multiple category and central level projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience and proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI skills.
