Category Manager Job

As a Category Manager, you will play a crucial part in shaping the business' direction and outcomes, exercising direct influence over your respective category's performance. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, along with a keen understanding of how operational processes drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Focus on delivering outstanding operational results across multiple locations
  • Leadership & Team Management: Directly lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective growth strategies to meet business objectives
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully launch new projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations or consulting roles
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
