Strategic Client Engagement Leader
The successful candidate will oversee a dynamic team of account professionals, fostering strong client relationships and driving client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and effective relationship building.
As the Strategic Client Engagement Leader, you will be pivotal in enhancing client experiences, optimizing account processes, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Foster strong client relationships and ensure client retention through proactive account management and effective relationship building.
- Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure successful execution and outcomes, while maintaining high standards of timeliness and quality.
- Process Management: Ensure the team complies with all project lifecycle requirements and align team members to a common goal by providing clear briefs and fostering active involvement in the project.
- Team Management: Lead the team in executing projects efficiently and without errors, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Planning, Strategy and Roadmap: Develop, strategize, and implement plans to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, achieving all established goals and KPIs.
- Clients Expectation Clarity: Maintain regular communication with clients from project onboarding to closure, setting and managing delivery and performance expectations.
- Account Growth and Upscaling: Devise and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and boost revenue.
- Skills Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and expertise, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication, active listening, and mutual respect among team members.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 1 year in mentoring and leadership roles.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with excellent conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client retention.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Certifications in relevant fields such as digital marketing, leadership, or project management are a plus.
