Client Servicing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Professional to play a pivotal role in connecting clients with our internal teams, driving campaigns and events forward with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of results.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events from conception to completion.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity, delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates that captivate audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions, driving business growth.
  • Develop innovative ideas and strategies to elevate clients' digital and offline presence, setting them apart from competitors.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams to deliver event-related requirements, exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is a plus).
  • A strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within Bangalore.
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business success.
