Community Engagement Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for community building and engagement, with a keen eye for creating and implementing effective social media strategies that drive brand presence and online reputation.
">- Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with business objectives, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
- Utilize expertise in ORM (Online Reputation Management) to track brand mentions, address concerns, and mitigate negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to design and implement engaging content campaigns, including live interactions, polls, contests, and user-generated content initiatives.
Requirements:
">- 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or online reputation roles, with a proven track record of success in engaging online audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a human, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, as well as proficiency with social media tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite.
- Experience in creating visual content using Canva or other visual tools to support engagement efforts.
