Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement programs that enhance workforce morale and productivity.

You will conduct regular feedback surveys, analyze results, and drive engagement strategies. You will also organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs, and act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances.

In addition, you will implement and manage our Performance Management System (PMS), facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes. You will coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments, and analyze performance data to support learning and development planning.

Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices, handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws, and conduct exit interviews to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
