About this role
We are seeking an HR Engagement and Initiatives Specialist to manage and enhance the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, creating transparent communication channels, and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making. They will also design, implement, and manage engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting structured 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
- Designing, implementing, and managing engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Developing and executing the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and initiatives that promote team connects and collaboration.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
- Generating and presenting regular reports on engagement metrics, attrition trends, and employee feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications and skills required include:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.
