Delivery Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned delivery leader, you will oversee the management of teams to deliver exceptional solutions to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with them to understand their needs and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage delivery teams consisting of project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
  • Support talent acquisition and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage closely with clients to meet their requirements and effectively manage expectations. Participate in delivery governance forums and collaborate with sales teams on proposals and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders and lead account mining activities to ensure cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide and work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • Manage delivery teams comprising 200 to 250 engineers and build and groom next two levels of delivery leaders.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry and good grasp of technology and product engineering.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Learns required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
  • Progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M and fixed price engagements.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders and ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
