Job Title: Product Implementation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Implementation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing large-scale customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor implementation consultants to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage the implementation cycle from start to finish.
  • Develop a strategy for each engagement, including defining critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery through standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining required checklists.
  • Oversee overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.
  • Engage with various levels, such as PMO, C Levels, IT, Operation heads at the customer end during engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software, such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Experienced in handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at enterprise level.
  • Expertise in business processes, knowledge on system development, process improvements.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Expertise with modelling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Engaged in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
