Role Summary

The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for acquiring and managing high net worth relationships through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong ties with affluent and super affluent clients by designing and implementing their financial plans.
  • Provide expert advice on investments and manage client portfolios to deepen wallet share from existing clients.
  • Research and stay updated on available investment opportunities and market trends to determine their suitability for client portfolios.
  • Coordinate with product and research teams to take informed investment decisions for clients.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Private Bank/Wealth Management setup.
  • Selling of products: Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products.
  • Minimum investment amount of Rs 1 Cr and above per client.
  • Experience advising clients across asset classes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams.
  • Good vintage in present and previous companies (minimum tenure of 3-4 yrs).
