Senior Financial Executive

We are seeking a seasoned senior financial executive to lead our finance operations. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for defining the finance charter and strengthening the governance framework by validating financial targets, setting up budgetary controls, and controllership functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the Corporate Finance function and be responsible for external and internal reporting of financial information, including month-end close process and annual audits.
  • Manage monthly close, audits, and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards.
  • Develop expertise in Financial Models, AOP, and ability to model complex business scenarios.
  • Understand unit-level metrics and ensure compliance with US and India taxes, filing returns, and working with year-end CPAs.
  • Basic familiarity of secretarial and legal contracts, working with CS firms.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of overall experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax functions.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills, with hands-on expertise on ERP Systems, process implementation.
  • Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy, etc.
  • Maturity to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to express complex and abstract ideas in a concise manner.
