Job Title: Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sourcing Activities:
  • Oversee identification and outreach to potential UCO sources within assigned clusters.
  • Meet sourcing targets by effectively sourcing and securing UCO supply partnerships.
  • Take the lead in client engagement, conducting discovery calls, and negotiating contracts for long-term UCO supply agreements.
  • Ensure contracts are finalized and executed efficiently.

Team Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with sourcing teams, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely UCO collection.
  • Ensure operations align with company standards and FSSAI regulations under RUCO initiative.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor all sourcing activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and FSSAI regulations.
  • Ensure high-quality UCO supply while maintaining safety and environmental impact.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Track and monitor sourcing performance, keeping detailed records of activities.
  • Work with senior management to adjust and refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback and data analysis.

Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sourcing executives.
  • Drive performance, ensure alignment with company goals, and support sustainability objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing teams, sales performance, and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving team success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven approach to achieving business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • Prior experience in waste management, food industries, or biofuel sectors is advantageous.
