Job Role:
The Bancassurance Department plays a critical role in driving the distribution of life insurance products through strategic partnerships.
This department leverages existing customer bases and infrastructure to offer insurance solutions, acting as a bridge between Axis Max Life Insurance Company and Yes Bank.
It ensures that insurance products are effectively marketed and sold while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise executives to achieve business targets and insurance sales.
- Manage discrepancies at the cluster level, provide support for ongoing issue resolution, and oversee initiatives.
- Provide on-the-job training for operational processes and workflows to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in hiring processes, counsel, and mentor performance, conduct regular progress reviews, and implement recognition platforms.
- Anticipate training requirements for partners and lead the development and deployment of partner training programs.
- Ensure system requirements are met to maintain a productive and mutually beneficial relationship compliant with regulatory requirements.
