Job Title: Talent Acquisition ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver results within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments. They should possess excellent sourcing skills, including social media, headhunting, and direct search. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, naukri, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
