Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our HR operations and drive business growth through strategic recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will oversee the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to interview scheduling and hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
