Corporate Hiring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support senior hiring efforts by providing exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities:- Support candidates through the interview process with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate interview availability and book times with assessors.
- Prepare candidate briefing documents for interview preparation.
- Manage tests and assessments efficiently.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is completed post-offer.
- Arrange follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings.
We maintain a database of top target candidates and ensure they receive regular updates from us. Our team works closely with Marketing Directors to update recruiting presentations with accurate bios and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- An undergraduate or graduate degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
