Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support our organization's talent needs. The role involves developing hiring strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building strong talent pipelines for critical positions. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in talent sourcing, employer branding, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and talent gaps.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
  • Manage executive-level and niche hiring with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Enhance the employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy, and labor laws.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and employer branding strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring (if applicable).
  • Strong network and ability to headhunt senior-level professionals.
