About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern to support our recruitment team by ensuring smooth interview coordination and flawless candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to understand how structured recruitment processes work in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews across functions.
- Coordinate candidate communications — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Track and record feedback from interviewers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update candidate/interview data in trackers and ATS.
- Assist with status reporting and maintaining recruitment dashboards.
- Act as a central point of contact to ensure candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders stay aligned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
