Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Pune.

We're looking for Talent Acquisition Professionals (2–6 years) who can spot exceptional talent, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology and innovation drive every decision.

At Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you'll be hiring for some of the most in-demand roles in the Data and Analytics ecosystem, helping shape the teams behind cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Data, BI, AI/ML, and related domains)

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business and skill requirements

Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent

Drive the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience

Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

What We're Looking For:

2–6 years of experience in technical recruitment

Prior exposure to hiring for Data, BI, or related technology roles

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, performance-driven setup

Work Setup:

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Working Days: 5 days a week | Work from Office
