We are currently seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a greenfield project and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full-cycle of campus hiring and lateral recruitments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to define recruitment requirements, identify suitable candidates, and facilitate the talent acquisition process.
  • Develop and implement new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
