Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position will involve sourcing top-level talent, conducting industry mapping and tracking, and managing databases to ensure accurate records of candidates and market information.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field and 6-10 years of experience. They will be responsible for supporting the head leadership hiring team in finding exceptional candidates for assignments, evaluating resumes, and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
