Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments. This includes preparing and posting job advertisements across platforms, conducting screening, interviews, and coordinating with department heads. The successful candidate will also maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
  • Candidate Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across platforms, conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in hiring and employee training.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and people skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM: MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
  • HR Practices: Experience in [textile and ready-made] HR practices is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language).
