This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic workforce planning and effective talent management practices.

The ideal candidate will have 9-15 years of experience in FMCG & Beverage industry, excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

In this role you will lead full-cycle recruitment, work closely with leaders to meet business needs, develop and implement sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships.

You will drive competition mapping, market intelligence and talent development to stay ahead in the industry.
