Human Resources Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, fostering effective management-employee relations, and driving long-term performance through strategic organizational design, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of new employees.
  • Stay abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working environment, ensuring active involvement in HR audits and other compliance-related processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
