Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic HR professional to drive business growth through talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws in India, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing, and operations teams.
  • People & Culture: Foster a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture by planning and executing employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Performance & Growth: Define key result areas (KRAs), review cycles, and learning goals for all departments. Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance by managing payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws in India
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
