Talent Sourcing Specialist for IT Infrastructure

At the core of our hiring process, we seek a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts in IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Drive large-scale sourcing initiatives for IT Infra roles, leveraging job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative strategies to find top talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and aggressive timelines.
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in IT services, software as a service (SaaS), or tech recruitment is an advantage.
