Treasury Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in raising funds from various financial institutions and managing post-sanction requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise funds from banks, mutual funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporates through the issuance of various instruments.
- Prepare and maintain the standard treasury docket, ensuring it is updated regularly.
- Independently handle queries of potential lenders and resolve them to their satisfaction.
- Manage post-sanction requirements and closure of loan documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth and quick documentation.
- Prepare and maintain the covenant tracker.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, and NBFC sector practices.
- Good understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
- Ability to independently handle lender queries and requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
