As a key leadership figure within our Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality fund accounting and investor reporting services.

This strategic position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various locations, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally with clients.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Leading the oversight and delivery of monthly/quarterly financial, investor, and regulatory reporting, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Finalizing group reporting, including management fees and subsequent submission to the client's Group Finance function.
  • Providing guidance on administrator oversight, systems, and process management, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Initiating and leading ad-hoc projects focused on continuous improvement to the Fund Accounting operating model.
  • Overseeing a team of up to 6 Fund Accountants, providing mentorship and support for their professional growth and development.

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with expertise in Private Equity/Alternative Asset Industry, strong knowledge of private fund structures, and advanced Excel skills.

This is a critical leadership role requiring collaboration with local and global teams, necessitating effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in finance/accounting/business or relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.

A positive work environment, excellent time management, and organisational skills are essential to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
