**Job Title: AIF Fund Manager**

The organization is seeking an experienced fund manager to oversee the management and execution of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) strategies in alignment with company goals. This role will involve leading a team responsible for portfolio structuring, risk management, and fund performance analysis.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AIF regulations and compliance practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and implement stringent compliance frameworks will be essential.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the management and execution of AIF strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing portfolio structuring, risk management, and fund performance analysis.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SEBI and GIFT City regulations affecting AIFs.
  • Implementing stringent compliance frameworks and managing regular audits.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and ensuring prompt reporting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Finance, Investment Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in GIFT City or similar financial hubs is a plus.
