We are seeking a skilled AIF Fund Manager for our fund based in Gandhinagar GIFT City, with a working location in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the management and execution of AIF strategies in alignment with company goals.'],['
  • Oversee portfolio structuring, risk management, and fund performance analysis.'],['
  • Earn compliance with all regulatory requirements for AIF operations.'],['
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEBI and GIFT City regulations affecting AIFs.'],['
  • Implement stringent compliance frameworks and manage regular audits.'],['
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure prompt reporting.'],['
  • Collaborate with internal teams, investors, and external partners to maintain strong relationships.'],['
  • Lead client onboarding processes and ensure high standards of client service.'],['
  • Facilitate investor communication by preparing detailed fund reports.'],['

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of post-master's experience in Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) or related financial sectors.

• Master's degree in Finance, Investment Management, or related field.
