Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail + corporate clients for mutual funds, insurance, and wealth products.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships with trust, integrity, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly equity sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and client interactions to explain investment products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction execution and client servicing.
  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Generate revenue by selling various types of mutual funds, equity products, debt products, and other investment solutions.
  • Manage existing client relationships to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide exceptional service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA with interest in wealth management and financial sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • NISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certification preferred (or willingness to complete within probation).
  • Prior experience in BFSI / financial product sales will be an added advantage.
