Job Summary:
To support investment advisory business, client service, general office management, accounting, compliance, query resolution, reporting, etc. ensuring the practice runs smoothly and compliantly
Responsibilities and Duties:
Client onboarding including KYC, data gathering, documentation and registration
Setup Client Meetings, Prepare meeting notes and related follow ups
Track and follow up on inquiries as well as Initiate and track investment transactions
Monitoring and reporting of client reports, capital gains statement and CAS reconciliation
Track, follow up, communicate and solve client queries
Record keeping and maintain business and client's personal accounts in Tally
Maintain working sheets, checklist and assist in SEBI RIA compliance
Perform any duties for excellent client service to ensure delivery of VALUE to the clients & customer satisfaction
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Accounting and administration experience
Experience of working with Mutual Fund Distributor or Registered Investment Advisor or other investment intermediary or investment field is preferred
Key Skills:
Tally Accounting Software
MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet
Other:
