The Human Resources Assistant plays a pivotal role in the organization, providing support in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new hire on-boarding processes and documentation to ensure seamless transitions for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support benefits administration tasks, including explaining benefit plans to employees and assisting with claims, to promote employee well-being.
- Provide timely and effective responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to promote team cohesion.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
- Support monthly payroll processing and handle employee grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
