Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Mumbai - Malad West

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Selection: Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handling joining formalities, induction, documentation, and exits.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintaining attendance records, leave management, and assisting in payroll processing.
  • Employee Engagement: Organizing events, celebrations, and activities to improve employee satisfaction.
  • HR Compliance: Maintaining employee records, contracts, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Assisting in appraisals, feedback collection, and employee development initiatives.
  • Grievance Handling: Addressing employee queries, conflicts, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • HR Operations: ID cards, HR letters, maintaining HRMS/ERP data, and supporting day-to-day HR administration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive/Generalist (Fresher with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
