About the Role:

We seek an accomplished Global Business Development Lead to spearhead lead generation and business expansion in the US region. This individual contributor role demands exceptional sales acumen, robust communication skills, and a proven ability to convert high-quality leads into lucrative opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, cold calling campaigns, and email marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads in the US market.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients through meticulous follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Sales Presentation: Effectively present and promote our products or services to prospective B2B clients, aligning their needs with our solutions.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Identify client requirements and tailor our offerings to meet their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to synchronize client expectations with deliverables.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics consistently.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends in the US region to identify new business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in international B2B sales, focusing on lead generation.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an individual contributor role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with US market dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
