Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Account Manager to join our team at Kellton, a global IT services and digital product design and development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities within the US staffing industry, with a focus on generating revenue from new clients.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in the staffing industry, with a proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry, focusing on generating revenue from new clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Leverage existing relationships to bring business to the company and expand the client portfolio.
  • Account Re-Engagement: Re-engage dormant clients and develop strategies to reinvigorate these accounts.
  • Candidate Placement: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful candidate placements that meet the client's unique requirements.
  • Strategic Growth: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Business Development Activities: Drive business development activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation to meet sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in the staffing industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: A self-starter mentality with the drive to seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on consultative sales; ability to manage and grow accounts, with a strategic approach to business development.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
